When do I get the app?
Your invite arrives by email within 30 days of reserving. If it doesn't, your deposit is refunded automatically.
How do I ask for a refund?
Email [email protected] any time before you start using the app. You don't need to give a reason.
Does it work with no signal?
That's the point of it. Your route, gate codes, notes and tests are saved on the phone, and reports go out when you're back in range.
Will I be charged again?
Not today. The deposit is a single $39 charge, and monthly billing only starts after you begin using the app.
Does it replace my current software?
Not in every case. It covers route days. It doesn't include every back-office feature from larger platforms.
Can it take customer payments?
Not in the first version.
